Who we are
eRemoteWork (eremotework.com) is run by 5D Global, LLC. This page explains what happens to your information when you use the site. Questions go through our contact page.
The short version
- There are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising cookies.
- When you send us your email in a form, it reaches our team as an email. The site does not keep it in a database.
- We never sell or share your information for marketing.
When you fill in a form
These forms ask for your email: “I’m interested” and the course waitlist on Courses, “You pick the topic” on Events and the home page, and the contact form. When you send one, what you typed (your email, your choice or message, and the page you sent it from) goes to our team as an email. We use it only for what the form says: to reply, or to tell you when dates open or your idea becomes a session.
The email is delivered by our email provider, Resend, and kept in our team inbox for as long as we need it for that purpose. Ask us and we will delete it.
Legal basis (for visitors in the EU and UK): your request when you ask us to reply, and your consent when you ask to be notified. You can withdraw it at any time by telling us.
What your browser remembers
To save you typing, your own browser keeps your light or dark theme, the email you last used in a form and the masterclasses you marked. This stays on your device (in the browser’s local storage), is never sent to us on its own, and is cleared when you clear the site’s data.
Job search
Some job results come from Careerjet. To show them, our server passes your search, your IP address and your browser type to Careerjet, as their service requires. Job links lead to the employer’s or the job board’s site, where their own privacy policy applies.
Events
Registration for live sessions happens on Luma (luma.com). What you give Luma when you register is covered by Luma’s privacy policy. Calendar subscriptions come straight from Luma’s public feed.
Hosting and security
The site runs on Vercel. Like any web server, it records technical details of each request (IP address, time, page, browser) to keep the site working and safe; these logs are kept for a short time. To stop spam, forms briefly count requests per IP address in memory.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us through the contact page. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The site is meant for adults looking for work and training, not for children under 16.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update it here and change the date at the top.
